Dionne and Tea met in February 2021 and recognized their shared passion for working to create a world that is equitable and just. Over the course of their collaboration, they co-founded Firefly Consulting to support organizations seeking to address and dismantle racism, discrimination, oppression, and white supremacy culture. Their work is rooted in an understanding of intersectionality and the impact of oppression on individuals and organizational functioning. With over 40 years of combined experience in social services work, they seek to support those who want to meaningfully address barriers to equity, inclusion, belonging, and collective liberation.
