Dionne is a Black Woman socialized as a Black Woman in the United States of America. Influenced by her family's Southern roots, HBCU experience and relationships, and desire to impact concepts of community, Dionne has worked in Community Outreach and Stabilization in the non-profit sector and the Public Child Welfare system. Dionne's passion for justice, education, and liberation comes full circle through classroom facilitation, coaching, and curriculum development.
Dionne is a mother of 3 children and a plant mom to many. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, hosting, and her newest endeavors as a concert goer.

Tea is a white person socialized as a white person in the United States of America. A lifelong resident of California and a Generation X-er, Tea worked in public child welfare in California from 2006-2015 as a social worker, a social work supervisor, and a trainer in social work and supervisory practices. Tea’s passion is for person-centered coaching that meets the individual where they are and invites them to grow at their pace. Tea is also passionate about leadership behaviors that create cultures of inclusion, belonging, and liberation for all.
In their spare time, Tea loves baking, drag, and listening to comedy podcasts.
